The masterclass will explore the philosophy and science behind celebrating life, though it will be delivered in a more experiential way. Expect group discussion, exercises, games, singing, drawing, movement and much more.
Learning the art of celebrating life will give you the ability to find transcendent moments in the everyday, to motivate you to live your life as fully as possible, all the while providing techniques to help you when you are at your lowest.

Sanderson Jones is the founder and CEO of Sunday Assembly, a global movement that celebrates life. There are now 70 Sunday Assembly communities across the world, with 5000 monthly participants, all bonded by a deep appreciation of life. In recognition of this work Ashoka, the world's leading organisation that supports social entrepreneurs, recently elected him to their Global Fellowship. After years as a comedian and a performer, the bearded funny man is an expert facilitator and group leader. He's also twice been a Guinness world record holder for the world's longest hug.
WHERE & WHEN?

Come along with us to 62 acres of woodland in Sussex, with our own Meeting House space to get cosy in and all the woods to explore. There will be a free bus transfer from Brighton and Haywards Heath stations (for those from/near London).
- 8.15am - Brighton station (rear) bus pick-up
- 9.00am – Haywards Heath station bus pick-up
- 9.45am – Arrival/Refreshments
- 10-4pm – Workshop/lunch
- 4.00pm – Depart
- 4.30pm – Bus arrives at Haywards Heath
- 5.15pm – Bus arrives back in Brighton
There are only 25 spaces available.
Tickets are priced to allow anyone to come, and include lunch, refreshments, forest walk and bus transfer.
