TOT ROCKIN' BEATS

“I created a wardrobe of inspiration, yes really. I wrote a list of all the elements that Real Life Yoga would be and stuck it on my wardrobe. That was in September last year. I look at it every day.

In January I started writing a monthly column for a national yoga magazine. In April I started teaching my first Real Life Yoga courses. Over the last few months I’ve had meetings with some VERY exciting people about possible collaborations. On Saturday I returned from teaching my first ever Real Life Yoga retreat at a swanky award-winning spa in Leicestershire. So right now, I feel I'm living my proudest moment :)"

"One Sunday I was sipping coffee over the New York Times, reading about Syria. All around me, in a London café, there were the sounds and sensations of plenty, and the easy chatter of a day at rest. But as we near yet another anniversary of the Syrian crisis, I just couldn’t stand reading about the starvation and the bombing and another collapse of the peace talks.

And I couldn’t stand to hear the critics of the efforts to find peace. I quite seriously wanted to walk out the door and walk to Geneva. After some serious thought and planning with my iguacu team, I am now setting off on the day of the 5th anniversary of the Syrian crisis. It will be a journey of more than 600 miles and I'm ready for it"
